Mr. fred hellekes
Fred Hellekes is a native of Lennestadt, Germany and is currently retired. He is a veteran of 45 years working within the Hospitality Industry. His career has taken him to France, The Netherlands, England, Belgium, Switzerland and Bermuda before arriving the United States in 1970.
He held Management positions at Regent Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, Marc Hotels and Liberty House. He also owned and operated 3 very successful restaurants. Presently he is Bailli Provincial (Hawai - Pacific Region ) of the world wide Food & Wine Society " Chaine des Rotisseursand President of the Les Amis Escoffier Society of Hawaii.
