NEW EMAIL FOR BASE ACCESS BELOW

Aloha Consular Corps of Hawai’i Members,

You are invited to attend a RIMPAC Brief at Lockwood Executive Board Room on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. The brief to be provided is a RIMPAC overview of the history, growth, purpose, and current participation of the RIMPAC exercise, hosted by the Exercise Director, CAPT Brian Jamison (THIRDFLT N7).

FOREIGN NATIONALS AND US CITIZENS - FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS THAT APPLY TO YOU:

1. FVR guidance for Foreign nationals accessing JBPHH is attached in the enclosure of the foreign visit request procedures document.

2. US Citizens - You must apply for Base access - use the SECNAV 5512 attached with your SPONSOR - CAPT Brian Jamison’s details pre-filled. Do NOT send the filled in form to us...send it to the email specified below.

The information provided by JBPHH Security on the submission of the 5512 is as follows:

• The guest must complete their own SECNAV 5512/1 form.

• All completed forms and supporting documentation must be submitted by email with Consular Corps RIMPAC Briefing in the subject line, sent to:

benn.m.vanbalen.fm@us.navy.mil

• ! Please file immediately ! as processing takes up to 6-8 days to process
