Dr. Teresita G. Bernales serves as a Language Services Consultant, U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Its mission is to strengthen U.S. relations with other countries and to build long lasting connections between Americans and peoples of other countries. She holds an Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology. Her job history includes: International Visitor Leadership Program for the Pacific and Asian Affairs Council, Executive Director of the International Center of Syracuse, Syracuse, NY. School Counselor at the Syracuse City School District.
