Mr. Crispin is Vice President at Ohana Real Estate Investors. Ohana Real Estate Investors LLC ("OREI"), is a real estate investment and oversight group for a U.S. based family.

With offices in San Diego, Redwood City, Honolulu and Kauai, OREI's portfolio of operating hotels includes the Montage Laguna Beach, the Montage Beverly Hills, the Montage Deer Valley and Bacara Resort and Spa. The development portfolio includes a number of projects in North America that are in various stages of planning. The team at OREI is comprised of hospitality professionals in development, finance, construction, architecture and design, residential, asset management, and acquisitions.

Prior to his role at OREI, Mr. Crispin served as Assistant Vice-Chancellor for Financial and Physical Management at University of Hawaii-Manoa, responsible for sustainable design and long-range Master Planning for the Manoa Campus and its physical improvements.

Mr. Crispin also served as Vice-President of Development-Hawaii at Starwood Hotels and Resorts. He is a licensed architect in Hawaii and in Brazil, and former Director of Planning and Permitting for the City and County of Honolulu, having served as a Mayor's Cabinet member from 2000 to 2004.

Susana Poulin was born and raised in Brazil, embraced USA as home in 1992 after attending the Federal University of Pernambuco. A Real Estate Broker in Hawaii for many years, also an avid volunteer since 2010 after becoming an empty nester.
