Linda Wong has played an active role in both City and State Governments as well as being involved with many non-profit organizations in Hawaii.  Linda served as Chief of Staff to former Mayor Frank F. Fasi.  Prior to that, she held appointed positions in the state House of Representatives, the state Senate and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.

She was honored by the City and County of Honolulu with the Oihana Maika’I Award for career achievements and service to the community.

Linda Wong is President and CEO of World of Aloha, which oversees the preservation of the 42 acre Kahaluu Fishpond which is on the State and Federal Registers of Historic Sites.  Linda and Danny Kaleikini developed the Aloha Ke Akua Wedding Chapel dedicated to the late Reverend Abraham Akaka 25 years ago.  World of Aloha is committed to maintaining and carrying on Danny Kaleikini’s  legacy of the Aloha Spirit by continuing to support local non profits in the community.

Linda is a board member of KAMP Hawaii( helping at risk youth), as well as a board member of the Downtown Athletic Club (helping to support sports programs and initiatives in Hawaii).  She previously served on the Board for March of Dimes and the Kidney Foundation.
