Sarina Erstad was born and raised in Bergen, Norway. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Hawai'i and Agder University, she followed her passion for kiteboarding and moved to the island of Maui. 

Sarina has been working in the watersports industry for over two decades. She is a highly experienced international sales and marketing manager and has been leading teams in successful and exceptional company growth.

Sarina currently part-owns and operates Amundson Customs LLC with her husband in Haleiwa on the North Shore of Oahu. Sarina enjoys kiteboarding, wing-foiling, and surfing and is passionate about the ocean and sustainability.

As Norway's Honorary Consul to Hawai'i, Sarina is looking forward to further developing the relationship between Norway and Hawai'i and providing consular services to Norwegian citizens visiting and living on the islands.
