Honorary Consul Andrew M. Kluger

Andrew M. Kluger was born in Mexico City, Mexico, in 1951. He is
the Founder and CEO of Early Bird Alert, Inc. (USA and Brazil);
former Chairman of the Board and CEO of Hawaii Air Ambulance;
President of Book Bank USA, a non-profit organization; Adjunct
Professor at The School of Engineering, City University of Hong Kong;
Visiting Research Scientist, University of Maryland, College Park,
MD: National Board Member of the Mexican Museum; and a Trustee at
St. Andrew's Priory School for Girls, Honolulu.

Consul Kluger received his Jurisdoctorate Degree from the University
of San Francisco School of Law; a Bachelor of Science Degree in
International Relations from the University of California, Davis Campus;
and Graduate Studies at both the University of London and the Johnson
Graduate School of Management, Cornell University.

He is a former Board Member of the Hawaii Hispanic Chamber of
Commerce, a former Chairperson for Mexican Bicentennial Celebrations
in both San Francisco and Honolulu; a recipient in Hawaii of the
Livingston M.F. Wong, MD Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition for
outstanding service and dedication to the community and the emergency
medical system of Hawaii, and a Member of the Board of Trustees,
Sports Charities USA.
